So ya boy got a soft spot for Jet Magazine.
I mean what's to hate? It's a staple at the barber shop...
playing the background to all the -isht talking and hood updates
factothematter there's not a doper place to be on a Saturday morning
say 9AM to Noon for REAL talk.
That's if you want to know what's up in the minds of black men.

So with that kernel of truth
it gives me great pleasure to see Jet lists Dj Quick's new album:
The Book of David at #1 in the Hip-Hop rap CD category.

Dj Quick is hands down one of my Top 5 Producers of All Time.
He is and always has been a stright-up musician who NEVER EVER FAKES THE FUNK.

And THAT'S word.
